[GI] doubler advantage pack

i have all the bosters in my pet. i have not seen double boxes in atleaste 5 days even though game says i have it on reaccuring buy and cant buy it

 

I know when I wrote to Support about this a couple years ago they informed me that "I had received the double award as they have combined them into one allotment per box" however this never explained the ability to collect an ODD amount of anything picked up from a Bonus Box. It has since been stated the doubler only affects the Bonus Box contents and then the Bio and PET Gears are applied and is the reason you get ODD numbers. IF you have an account without "Doubler" pickup some boxes (50 or so) and record the values, compare these to the values you are getting. Your numbers should be over double of what was seen on the other account.

I really liked it when the Bonus Box collection was double posted to the logbook as there was no confusion as to what you were getting and whether the doubler was working or not.

 

the low box is showing 27 uridium, before 5 days ago as per log i was receiving 54 uridium.

 

I suggest sending a message to SUPPORT so they can look into this for you. IT does sound like they have an issue that needs to be looked into. Send a screen shot of 5 days ago log and first seen "ISSUE" log as proof of issue. This may help them to find what was done to cause the issue.

 

i sent a message this morning. they can look at my logs to see the change from 13 to the 14. 50% drop in uridium from boxes. 54 to 27 for low ones.
