I hereby ask you as Team Leader to immediately contact GTL and ICM. This is due to serious violation of the GBC and consequent non-observance of sanctions for breach.

It is necessary that you are the only one competent to take care of submitting complaints to us at the appropriate places. If that does not happen, I do not understand why you are trying to help and remain (in your spare time, completely free of charge) in a company that does not comply with its own regulations and rules. You are the only person we believe in and whom we, as players, can turn to.
my ID is 41168233 and into this game I volunteered to invest in its development of thousands. And I think that investing in the development of the game is worth at least ten fraudulent accounts within a few years. Therefore, it is completely incomprehensible to me that it is possible that we are as honest and paying players forced to watch Bigpoint's bullying. I would be very pleased that my ID would get to review and control the amounts sent for the 2009-2018 period and then compare 658 scammers and their investments. I do not believe that more than 10 of these accounts would be worth more.

Why am I mentioning finances here, when everything is voluntary and no one is forcing me to use?
Since this game had great potential and was a very good browser Action RPG for hundreds of thousands of players. I did not hesitate to help with the development. Unfortunately, the game got into a situation in which it is now and keeps your nails tooth. And I continue to help her, as well as players using support programs (footfall). So I got to the point where I feel like a Bigpoint player of bullying for reasons of breaking the GTC.

I am a serious player respecting rules and regulations. And all this, including game support, is used as a toilet paper.
And now I have to consider whether to continue investing time and money in my scholarship. Or go through fraudulent programs (by selling bills, etc.), and bring a drop to the end of this game.

Fortunately, there are still many players like me. And it would be advisable for their IDs and accounts to be checked. Perhaps you will wonder who helped you at the beginning. I would be very pleased that these clean players who have never been banished or thoroughly investigated are rewarded for their loyalty just like all 658 players, kissing you and ridicule us on chat and social networks.
If these players are not punished and honored players will not be rewarded for their efforts and help, it is a clear message from you that you are not interested in us.

My idea: how about sending 658 rewards to each honored player (one for each bottling shooter). It would be a symbol, a gesture and a show of respect, an excuse for eight years of promises and persuasion of us, honest players. This way you can meet the Fair Play initiative.

I hope this gets into the proper hands of GTL and ICM, and so on at least somebody thinks about it and understand that we gave you the chance to start this game. And now, in return, we want you to show respect and not insult and bullying.

I understand it's a windmill fight. And the situation is, it seems, insoluble. Providing support programs officially (paid) in the game is not possible (or you do not want), so support us to fight against the unfair otherwise and show that you want to be FAIRPLAY.
