    will this skill increase probability for npc or is it pvp only?

    Electro-Optics
    Description: Increases hit probability of lasers
    *This skill gives a visual effect (does not need to be maxed),
    Details: Any shot that would have missed without this skill will show up in blue numbers instead of the usual red

    Its a bit vague, but im pretty sure it affects both npc & pvp... just like the targeting guidance cpu would increase hit chances to both npcs & pvp if it was activated.

    it works for both. DO made it worse tho a few mths ago, used to never miss now i miss a lot, but def miss less then now havin it

    As stated above, the Electro-Optics should work for both PvP and PvE.
