If you have not read through the forums, there has been a thread up regarding this issue recently. We do not need others re-posting duplicate threads or the same issue. In case it is a different "scammer" you need to include the user name so we can deal with the matter. In this case you have not. All you have done was re-post the message with the link provided, which i have removed.
