[GI] Energy Leech not working on RSB-75

    The Tech-ability "Energy Leech" doesn't work on RSB-75 ammunition, but it does work on RSB-140 ammunition, is this intended? Seems a bit strange that these two would behave differently.

    Hello @BraveHeart´[G] ,

    I will look into this to see if this is intended or not. For reproduction, you used both RSB-75, and RSB-140, but only the RSB-140 gave HP back with energy leech running?

    I apologize for the extended delay, and will look into testing this this weekend. Can you confirm that the energy leech is still behaving as described in your first post?
