[GI] fireworks works?

i'm setting off fireworks, but nobody seems to react. i've also never seen another person set off any fireworks. So can other players even see them? What's the point if they can't?

 

yeah they see em they more of a annoyance then anything so that's why your not really getting a reaction

Ya still see em with explosions off. Explosions are your ship or npc's exploding, not fireworks. It's simply because fireworks are common and annoying. All they do is cause lag at this point, usually intentionally. There are many who just drop tons of fireworks during say spaceball and lag everyone else out while they stay fine with their high end computers/network.

 

There is no setting option where u could turn off fireworks. Fireworks are laggy things and if your buddies didnt see them it was probably just lag again. Or they lied.

I use them all the time especially when getting chased by loads of the enemy hehehe

 

they are noticced but players offten find them irritateing so the only way theyll react is by shooting u lol
