[GI] Flag Ship Design Not Found

I just bought the Sweden Flag Design on USA East 1 my User ID is 29251253. I got the confirmation email confirming my purchase but the ship design doesnt show in the hangar. Whats going on?

Thank you ponix6000 for assisting the user with their concern. If the occasional Clearing cache and Flash along with a relog doesn't help, It may be that you do not have the G-Champion Ship in order to equip the Space Cup ship Design. With that in mind you need to own the base ship to be able to select the vanity versions.

Umm when i bought the ship for 6.19 it didn't tell me that i needed a "G-Champion Ship" Why wasnt i made aware of this before my purchase

With the introduction of Ship Customization some ships became their own.

In the old system for example; In your first hangar you have a basic Goliath with a Diminisher design. With the new system you now own a Basic Goliath Ship and One G-Diminisher ship.

[Goliath Independence] = Design /(introduction of Ship Customization)->Ship = [G-Champion] allowing for the selection of the following skins/designs-----{ Hazafren design, USA design, England design etc.}

So users who had purchased the Independence design before the update flew the Independence design, with the New update the Independence design became a Skin for the G-Champion ship which allows for users to change skins to any of the featured designs from the Space Cup 2016. Anyone who had an Independence design now owned a G-Champion ship with the USA skin/design.

You didn't answer my question sadly. What am i supposed to do with this Design if i cant even use it. It wasn't brought to my attention at any point that i needed this other ship design. This is extremely misleading

 

No Canadian or American designs? I play on GA1. Hmm guess I just live in the wrong damn country, go figure.

Thats cuz this is eurocup event, and america and canada arent European.

 

and why dont we get g-champion with new skins?
who is going to buy other country flag ship to play with anyways.
i will buy only flag ship of my country so i should get that g-champion same way like americans or turks got it by buying there flag ship before.
that is just stupid.

 

The Independence and Turkish equivalent were purchased ships or rewarded designs which were placed in with the Flag Designs and thus those few who had these designs when the NEW Hangar System was launched were given the G-Champion ship to wear these designs. Others should have understood these were DESIGNS/SKINS and you have to OWN the base ship to wear them.

Eventually, D O may add all of the country flags (of those countries playing D O) but this is for the 2016 Euro Games.

if they got ship for them why cant we all get it?
we all have to pay with money for those designes. i wouldnt mind if we culd get them with uridium.

 

The Turkish was a STAT Design (now a SHIP) and they have decided the Flag Designs/Skins should be applied to the same Stat Ship as the Turkish and they added the Independence design to them also. So they added a NEW Ship (G-Champion) for these Skins to be applied to.

The whole change of the Hangar System is just part of the required changes for the "Equipment in Client" changes to come in the future. This has been placed on hold as we (the community) had too many issues with the proposed update and trying to make modifications to reflect our requests.

Thank you for further elaborating this concern. As stated above Users who owned the Independence design before the Ship Customization flew it as a ship, now with the Ship Customization the Independence(USA) skin/design is that a Skin. Meaning users who previously had the Design now own a G-Champion ship and are able to purchase any other skin/design. The Space Cup 2016 designs will not show up unless the user owns a G-Champion ship which is available in Shop.
