If I got 2mil uri im sure all of that would go away real fast in upgrades now that the upgrading system is failing if an upgrade fails over and over and over obviousely something wrong... But anyways I like the bonuses but would like more if it was 700 spins.

 

I bought 'gift package' during MHH for my partner and co-player --he wanted 4 hercules so i bought him 4 at the MHH price of $60 each.He received his packages and all the goodies as promised but when i then logged onto MY account so i could buy 5 at the MHH price of $60 each for myself not only would my payment NOT go through (and i have PLENTY of room on my cc for that) but now i'm blacklisted and could not make the purchase....i tried using Paypal next in which i'm also a member in GOOD standing and have NO bad listings on my credit with them (Paypal just gave me a $1700 credit line) which was also NOT accepted by BigPoint but now i have NO way to get the packages ==what can i do? Am I just screwed? I really need the uridium and wanted the hercules drones.....thank-you
I contacted support--no response---only a ticket number....chase

I contacted my cc company and was told that an unnecessary block was put on my account which i had previously removed and they couldnt understand why my partners' transactions went thru and mine did not--so is there anything DO can do?

We can't do anything on the forums. No one on the forums can help you with such matters, only support.
And it could be because you used it on ANOTHER account. BP is heavy with "account sharing," so it may have caught that.

 

I took care of my problem but our issue is that we spend a LOT of money on Dark Orbit and when there's an issue we cannot speak to anybody about it--no real person who can do something about it--I missed the gift uridium purchase buy because no one is there to see that i corrected my problems...before the end of the event Is there a phone number or live person who can be talked to about game issues? Granted I realize there's lots of callers who'd spam the live person but what about those of us with real issues?
Are those of us who spend money on the game not worth it?

If anyone for a phone number, you'd have to contact BP directly. I wish I still had the number, but there's no assurance that they'll assist you. They didn't help me, so I said some choice words and hung up.
