[GI] frozen design vs artic design

    I just read the ship design FAQ and saw this:
    Frozen Sentinel /
    Arctic Sentinel
    just a simple question: is there a difference?

    Frozen Sentinel / Arctic Sentinel

    It means it can be called either way.
    The same for the other designs.


    Frozen Spectrum / Arctic Spectrum
    Frozen Lightening/ Arcticlightening
    Frozen Pusat/ Arctic Pusat

    IF there is a difference (not saying there is) it is one is BOUGHT and one is from event/assembly. I know they use both names describing the icy ship design for different ships (like Aegis and Sentinel) since I don't have any of these I can not check my Hangar to see if there is 2 different designs there.

    there is a slight difference in arctic models; the spear, aegis and citadel add elite stats to the base ship if i remember right. This is not a difference between the arctic/frozen designs but a buff that the design adds to these three baseline ships.
