[GI] General problem with the whole Bulgarian Moderation Team

  1. Hi, it would be really helpful if someone explains to me how am i able to fill a complaint against the bulgarian admin team because i am not alright with the things they're doing, the way they're doing their job in total and i do think they violate most the rules they're supposed to obey.
     
  2. I think you need to contact support with these kinds of concerns and they can pass it up.
     
  3. so i need to contact BULGARIAN support in order to complain about BULGARIAN admins.. idk how its in your community but the bulgarian is built of NOT MORE THAN 5 moderators in total, the admins in the support can't punish those on chats and forums BECAUSE THEY ARE THE SAME PERSONS, they're all protecting themselves so that isn't an option. I am looking for an external way, for something independent. Support either closes my ticket or doesn't even answer me, there are tones of things to complain about(with proves and arguments about it..sadly they dont even wanna hear different opinion than theirs even if they're wrong in 99% of situations)and endless number of mistakes they're doing daily without facing any consequences. they're doing literally whatever they want all the time and thats a fact since years, its not going around since yesterday

    Also i would really appreciate if you open my mind to the question with chat ban reasons, is it a high-recommendation and/or an obligation for the admin who banned you to copy the things you're punished for or how is it going? cause they're just banning people around without letting those people know what are they banned for and in my eyes i dont think this is correct from their side.

  4. Perhaps an E-mail to head office is the answer.
    But I do know that the Moderation Team here is very good and I'm sure they will pass this along to the higher ups.
