    After completing the "The Ultimate Sacrifice" quest, I had as part of the message;
    the following item : You received a(n) SLE-01 CPU.

    I checked through the shop listing for both ship and P.E.T. items, but found no reference to this.

    If it has been discontinued, fine. I am curious as to what it is, or was.

    Thanks for any help on this.

    I believe that's the Slot Extender CPU

    That would be the 600.000c 2 slot extension cpu, if you check your inventory it should be there gathering dust as nobody uses the credit cpu extension anymore.

    Thank you everyone for assisting the user with their concern. The rewards for "The Ultimate Sacrifice" is a Slot CPU 1 which is a +2 slot extender.
