[GI] Geting ore back after i sell them.

Hello guys, so there is something weird going on when i sell my ore. I notice that when i sell my 3000 promerium every 6 hours (from skylab) I try to start sending again but it sometimes shows that I don't have enough cargo space (although the cargo is empty). I tried refreshing the page but that didn't help so i reloged and i noticed that there were some ore on my ship... The ore is always completly random raging from 1 to 3000 and it may even be prometid or duranium (even though i sent promerium). At first i liked it because its some extra credits (around 50k) but now its more of an annoying thing because i have to sell them 2 times to be able to start sending premerium from skylab again.

All this was 1 thing, the other is that sometimes when i jump a gate after I have sold my ore it tends to return the full amount of ore back (so i resell them). I have no idea how this happens or what may be the cause of this but on the official announcements people have got permanetly baned for this "promerium exploit" thing. I am trying to say that I don't want to exploit the game but it happens on its own, I don't want to get baned for a few credits. I would like an advise on what to do because I feel that I will end up geting banned.

 

You should check your balance to see if it is being booked twice. The problem could be a connection issue with the server when you sell ore. There is always something going on that gives a hick-up. If the problem keeps up, you should contact support about it.

 

i would tell support anyways as there is bugs to this system at a few a using try and give them the asmuch info as you can so they can recreate the bug so they know what happens so they can fix it

 

It happened to me too ..but then i figured it out. Now i am very careful while selling cargo now. last thing you want getting banned for bug you didnt intentionally used.
