I did my kappa few minutes ago, and didn't get double rewards

+1 with problem did ZETA. But GG spins are still on % off as I can see.

I reported this same to support so will see.

 

I had same just now with Beta.. only giving single rewards.... BUT back page shows that DOUBLE rewards are still available and % off energy spins still showing on GG page.... although just noticed the double rewards has gone from GG page.. it was there when i started Beta about about an hour ago so was expecting double rewards, that's why I started to do gate before the restart.
I have also sent info to support.. but 5am D O server time.. so not expecting a quick reply.

 

I just had the whole Backpage and Map unavailable but is now back up although without the GG double.. Discount is still there...
Just an aside, although the Company News still mentions the Double Rewards Day there was no 'Official' promise that it would last the full weekend to my knowledge...

 

It is a Glitch that has been sent up and needs reviewed. I would recommend making Screen Shots of completed gates so when the information is removed from the News Section of Back Page you have easy access to the logs of completed Gates to send in for proof of completed gates not doubled according to the >FAQ< and make a request of Support to book the miss booked rewards. Remembering that the gate completion needs to be done while the Reward Days Information is in the News Section to get the double rewards booked.
