    hmm about global eu 1 could it be temporary fix if the server get restarted 2-3 times daily ?

    Hello S╠╣ΛЀS,

    This is an on-going issue where lag fixes have been implemented during the previous months, however the issue still lingers around. There is an open thread in Speakers Corner regarding server restarts if you would like to post your input there as well. If the usual clearing cache/flash, resetting modem or changing browser do not work then we ask for your help.

    For Support and the Development Team to further investigate this Lag issue we ask that you please Contact Support with the following information; Ship Name, User ID, Server and a copy of HAR file. Below is the link with instructions on how to do this.
