[GI] Global Europe 1 unplayable since 4 months

  1. Hello guys,

    well there is a problem on Global Europe 1 since 4 months. What i'm talking about? In the period from 16:00 p.m and 6:30 a.m ( server restart ) Global Europe 1 isn't playable anymore. With playable i mean every seconds so much laggs. You can't change your ammunition, you can't play galaxy gates, you can't shot NPC's, you can't do anything because of the massive laggs.

    What is the problem on Global Europe 1? The server isn't playable every day like 12 hours!

    Our german moderators tell us Global Europe 1 is affected by massive DDoS attacks. But only in the german forums they talk about DDoS. In the english forum i can't see any thread about Global Europe 1 and about DDoS attacks.

    In the english forum you tell us to create a HAR-file. So you don't know anything about DDoS and Global Europe 1.

    And because you don't know anything from DDoS we can't trust our german moderators anymore.

    What is going on there now on Global Europe 1?

    This is an on-going issue where lag fixes have been implemented during the previous months, however the issue still lingers around.
    If the usual clearing cache/flash, resetting modem or changing browser do not work then we ask for your help.

    For Support and the Development Team to further investigate this Lag issue we ask that you please Contact Support with the following information; Ship Name, User ID, Server, a copy of HAR file and exact Time/Date when you experience the most lag. Below is the link with instructions on how to do this.

  3. I hate to say this but... from my understanding, DDoS is actually not against the law in Germany.. now go with my flow and see that the cheaters are not happy with their outside programs being targetted and countered, therefore, their dominance... where do YOU end up?

    Hello Deter, thank you for your answer and your help. But why i have to create a HAR-file if BigPoint told us already it is a DDoS problem on GE1? Thats why i asked you why you have no information about DDoS and problems on GE1. Because we german players can't believe our german moderators.

    To play on Global Europe 1 feels like to have everytime high ping / latency. Non-stop laggs between 16:00pm and 6:30am.

    Log in today at 18:00pm ( CET ) or whatever on GE1 and enjoy the massive laggs.

    Hello,

    We were told by Support to advice users with the stated above so they can further look into this issue. We the EN Moderator Team were not advised about a DDoS(distributed denial of Service) problem on the servers. I did log into INT1 (Global Europe1) yesterday and recorded a video during what users state "Lag peak Time" and did pass the video along with the necessary information.

    As for now please do create a HAR file and Contact Support with the following information

    Closing as answered/referred to Support.
