[GI] Halloween gate help

When you say it has a 20 hour wait time does this mean I have to wait in order to finsih it?lets say I am on wave 42 i just finished the boss krystalons wave 41 then let the uber lords from wave 42 kill me,i wanted out of the gate.
Can I finish anytime where i left off?or do i have to finish it withing that day?
If it resets within a 20 hour period,I hope not,I may not do this gate.too hard for me..alot of ammo consumption....

What did astraea mean by the 20 hour wait???

 

well the dev said that you have 100 lives if you run out of it on that day you have to wait 20hours to do it again from the time you started it but or if you complete it you have to wait either way but idk if the gate resets unless u finish it it would suck if it had to be completed, for me I quit on wave 42 I was tired of the gate not an ammo problem just time consuming got boring.

 

You have to wait 20 hours after you finish it. Really, they covered that 10 times...

 

u can jump in and out of the gate any time you feel like you have 14 days to do it but for thos who want to finish it and so on you have to lose 100 life's or finish the gate then wait 20 hours to do the gate again

 

I have a quick follow up question for that new gate.
As it is acquired from an event quest, if you abort the quest, would that allow a player to re-try the quest and open the gate again?
May speed up a retry for lower level players...

 

gate stays open until you finish it or die 100 times. Then you can do it again.

 

the quest don't open the gate the gate is already open the quest are an addon for when ya do the gate only way to reset the gate is to die 100 time or finish it
