    Can you get all 10 havoc drone designs even if you don't have apis or zeus? Or do you need apis and zeus to get the last two designs?

    You can get them before having any drone . It doesn't matter .

    You will find that you will receive more than 10 if you continue to do those gates that give them. You will be bale to equip more than one set of drones after a few years of doing the gates numerous times.

    Thank you both for assisting the user with their concern. Yes, you can obtain as many havoc/hercules drone designs even before you reach the 8Iri's/Apis/Zeus goal. Enjoy and best of luck :)
