[GI] Hermes drone design

    I would like to ask if Hermes drone design is still working?
    Today I just received my 10th and I tried full drone formation with 10 Hermes drone designs.
    The problem is I didn't see any difference in cooldown of any ship ability.
    The seconds needed to reload the skill of any ship is the same with and without Hermes...
    Also at the booster's bar it shows:
    20% cd booster 1 + 30 % cd booster 2 + 25% triskelion rocket launcher = 75% cd reduction... and nothing more (I thought it should be 85% with Hermes)

    Where is the Hermes effect ? ... 10% cooldown reduction is missing :(

    That`s because cooldown reduction is capped to 75%. If you already have 75% CD, you can`t get anymore.
