    I recently bought the holiday venom skin thinking that it counted as the venom and that i could use it. Is there any way that i can refund the skin and get my uri back?

    You could try support if they can help if not then the skin will stay in your inventory until you get the base venom and can use the skin.

    i dont think that support will do anything because in the terms of service they say that any purchases made by you or anyone else that may have been on your account is your responsibility.

    It is due to the fact you do not have the base Venom.
    You will retain this until you gain the Venom.
    I did the same with the Tartarus.

    No refunds for this. They sale and offer the frost Nostro Ambassador Design. You won't use it until you trick 25 friends into playing and making level 12. Make sure the friends are from other states so they don't show up at your door on the same day.....rioting.

    i don't no why you payed uri for it when you can craft it the price of the skin u could of had bootys and got it cheap and crafted the venom on the craft system 2

    Hello Scrandy,

    Thank you all for assisting the user with their concern. Unfortunately Support does not do refunds. You do have the design for the day you do receive the Venom from a booty box, Assembly or Purchase.
