[GI] How to send support screen shot

    Hello I need to send a screen shot of a player in chat but cant see how to send it on supports form can anyone help please thank you

    Hello 007xs,

    The [PrtScn] Print Screen key on your keyboard should work fine along with the Snipping Tool to take desired screenshots of chat and game. I will include the HowToTakeAScreenShot FAQ to further clarify any questions you may have.

    When you Contact Support via the ticket system you should receive an auto generated reply, you can then use the reply function and Attach your screenshot.

    We do have a Chat Board here in the Forums listed below Users+Game. It is for any Chat issues you may have in the game, it is a private thread only you and the Moderator/Admin can see it. If you feel or have been told it is a Support Issue then please do message Support.
