[GI] ICE PORTAL??

According to the Hitac FAQ:

Ice Portal
This is a consumable item with one single load. When used it spawns a Super Ice Meteoroid close to the user. It can only be used in regular company maps: x-3 up to x-8, and on 4-1 through to 4-5. It has a cool down of 30 minutes.

But nowhere does it say how to get the consumable item.

So how do you get it???

It's a prize from the hitac lottery.

 

so that mean.. this event is only for the big clans, and ufa players.. there is NOTHING, not even event quest to do... really bowing.. i understand why new and a little oldre players quit the game.

 

It is an EVENT for D O to get people to open their WALLETS and BUY the capsules. The rewards are usually worth the money spent, IF you like BUYING your enjoyment in the game, otherwise it is a waste of time event.
