    im just wondering, how often does the Icicle Spearhead Elite come out? is it all ways out or only till Dec. 31?

    As a rule the frozen spear only appears in the shop for 200k uri during the winter event, there is also a frost cash purchase package that appears during random events with a selection of frozen designs.

    The events are random and you need to check the shop daily during events for payment packages.
