[GI] Independence Design²

Hello everyone,
sadly I have to repost and ask for the Independence Design, cause I guess some one just forgot it.
It was July the 4th when it shoud be there... it wasn't.

Finally it is Sunday and it still was not there.

The funny part is, that the support try to tell me, that the Design is aviable.
However they found it, it actually is not aviable in the shop or in the payment section and I just want to say, that there are still people who ( sadly ) want to buy this design ( like me-.- )

So please, move on and release it.

Wouldn't say it is rediculous, but I collect those designs and I waited a year for it, so...

 

I said it in the first thread dealing with the issue it is going to take a week to see what went wrong, another week to create the FIX, and then another week to schedule it to be available again so IF it is going to be corrected it will be the last week of July and then it will be a one day thing with NO notice of when they are going to do it.

 

Keep your hopes high i was waiting for lance formation since i started in 2012 and now i was able to purchase it and there are still a few more ships coming soon, so we will have more ships with other capabilities to master. Enjoy

 

I know that the Independence Design come back, but if they say they need a week, than of course I expect it will come in this week.
So whatever, the Lance is something completly different cause it's nothing which can get released to an special day like July the 4th...
Btw I got lance too -> No one cares what you purchase

What would it matter how long it takes? It doesn't give you any benefit the G champion is what gives the benefit. I get it though some players just aren't happy unless they have something to complain about. Cheers, and just so you know things happen they said probably one week but obviously they need more time. And support is overwhelmed with tickets so always sending in a ticket is not always the answer either.

 

First at all, you don't have to care about people who want to and why want to buy designs which give no bonus.
It's not your business.

And of course the Support can't change ANYTHING right now, this thread is for the mods who maybe take it to anyone who can do something...

 

The issue is once it has been reported in one thread the others are just a waste of time to have the mods look at. Just like Support issues are brought up and sent to the appropriate department to be addressed and once done there is nothing else to do but be patient for an answer from the team. Whether done in forums or through Support the information is delivered to the same place, sometimes forum can be faster but not always.

 

Still no answer what the hell ???

 

If you want a response from a MOD then type a Private message in Chat and then you might get an answer. This title has been used in different forms and the mods seem to glance over multiple threads of the same issue.

Unfortunately we don't have a new update on on this yet. This issue has been forwarded to Support awaiting official feedback.

On a different Note:

The Chat Board is only for posting about any Chat related issue you may have or Inquiring about any Chat Bans. The Original Poster has posted in the correct area of the Forums as this is General Issues for any general questions/concerns about the Game. If the user were to create a Private room to talk with a moderator in Chat it would be the same response as no one on the Team is given inside info before one else. Only until the Official Announcement is posted we can provide the Official responses.
