[GI] Infection Laser Ammo

Hi I just bout the PIB 100 laser ammo. Over 6 thousand uri's worth. The ammo is not showing in my equipment.

The PIB-100 ammo does not show up in equipment as it is a laser ammo and can't be equipped. Now if you meant to buy the CPU that cures your infection, with 10 doses, or only 1 dose, that is called the ANTI-Z1 (1 dose) or the ANTI-Z1 XL (10 doses) those will show up in your equipment and will be able to be equipped to your ship.

Now if you mean that you bought the PIB-100 ammo and you did not get any of the ammo in your inventory, I would recommend contacting support if that is the issue.

Thanks, That's what I meant. I purchased the ammo and it's not showing in my inventory. Will contact support. Haven't had much luck with them in the past.

 

Check your in-game laser ammo and see if it shows there to be selected. It may be a deal where they do not want it being used YET but have done a pre-sale deal so people have it ready for an upcoming Event where it is necessary to infect people like last May during the Parasite Tide Event. Which may be happening right after the A.S. Launch event ends.

When contacting Support send a copy of the Back Page Logbook showing the PIB-100 being purchased, it should also show on the Uridium page in the Balance Log. So these 2 screen shots and a shot of the Hangar Inventory with Ammo filter selected would also increase the speed the issue can be resolved.

I did a Test Buy on us3 and it is in my inventory so double check that you do not have it and the purchase was completed in the logs. I have 27 items showing when I use the ammo filter and this is in the 15th spot, in case that helps you locate it.

To touch on Hades comment the purchase in Uridium page will only say laser ammo purchased the number of rounds bought and the amount spent where the Back Page Log actually states the type of ammo and the quantity bought.
