[GI] Internet down, alpha gate lost.

  1. Hi,
    I think one and half week ago, I went to alpha gate, I was 4 kristallons from beating its wave and then go to protegits, but my internet fell down and I could do anything (our provider's tech got overheated)...
    Today I spoke to CM_Restless and he told me, that I should post here and ask for bringing it back to me at 32nd (or if it was possible 36th wave) without losing all my progress in game since the day I lost it.
    Is it possible? If it is, please, bring it back to me... In case I would have to lose 6 irises and Sentinel design, lf-4 and much more I got today and since then, I don't want it.
    So please, can you do it for me without losing it all?

    Message Support, they'll will reset your gate on the last wave you are on which in your case is the Kristallon Wave.

  3. u have to email support they will reset rules are
    1 gate reset a month
    do not open the same gate on the map
    and u have 48 hours from the time of the lost gate to email support
     
  4. So because I didn't do it within 48 hours I won't get it back?

    Yes i'm sorry to say, if you don't request for new GG within 48hours you wont have it back ( i left mine for 3 days i still got it back though )

    Hello CZ_goost1998_CZ,

    Thank you everyone for assisting the user with their concern. In the event that a player has failed a gate. It is possible to Contact Support and request a courtesy Gate Reset. Courtesy gate resets are available to players every 30 days, however the player must Contact Support with 48 hours of the gate being failed. Players are only given 1 courtesy gate reset every 30 days.
