[GI] Key Bindings using a gaming Mouse

HI
I need some clarification on 'key binding' using a gaming mouse. If i choose to set up a mouse that switches different ammo sets when shooting different npc's, is this within game rules and if so does DO 'check' for this as illegal scripts/macros?

 

mate we all use gaming mouse and it suppose ot be ok.
i dont know what the mods will say but i've been using it for all otehr games which require more keys like Moba games.
i even used back in the day when i had no gaming mouse the software which do it for you if you press a hot key.

 

u can use key binding but u cant use macro , well i think

 

It would be nice for a Moderator to clear this up....

 

they don't like you doing it for the simple reason a lot of gaming mouses use macros and its breaking the T&Cs

 

Its best u dont use it. I know someone who got banned for doing that

 

It's against the rules and "we don't all use them"

Everyone says they know someone or knows something about the T&C's.
IS there a moderator that knows the facts? Im assuming as no moderator has replied that this is a 'grey' area and maybe they are researching it or trying to get it clarified.
