    Sunday 2/21/16 was a Kronos, double gate day. I finished a Beta Gate at 11:45pm, USA Central Time and expected to get 2 parts which would complete the 21 parts I needed for Kronos. I received only one part so I sent an email to customer service and as of this writing, I've received no answer or even an acknowledgement from them. I even double checked that the return email was correct. Par for the course. Seems like these people don't give a damn. Maybe too much negative feedback from Masquerade.
