[GI] Lagged in Delta

Last night I thought I would due Delta Logged on started first wave turned my on guard and went to it. Lagged during the wave would not get back on thought I would die that would be the end of it. End of it I was wrong logged on this morning my boosters are gone and my pet is out of fuel. My pet saved me but it kept me logged into the gate all night long. Don't know if I can get my boosters back and pet fuel back or not just asking.
I rebought my boosters and filled my pet up already.

My guess is you are going to suffer the loss by not being able to log out properly. Funny how a player can be logged in for so long and I can't even go to the bathroom without being logged out by the system.

 

Whatever the outcome I think you would be best to contact support and 'be patient' as I am not sure that it is within the FMs remit to reimburse things like this...

I have noticed that in-gate there seems to be an indefinite term before your are 'auto-logged' as when I finish a wave rather than jump out I leave the ship at port and boil the kettle or whatever and the other day I ended up on the phone and etc., the Lappy went to sleep and I was still there when I got around to it...
The only time I really notice being logged very quickly is when I spent 10 seconds on the back-page for whatever reason..

 

Reading the last two entries logged me out.

Couldn't you have waited it out to see if you would die or if the PET would kill them all?

If you are in a gate, you will not be d/c'd unless a connection to the DO server is lost in someway, via server reset, internet lost, etc.

 

I did loose internet connection that was the problem Couldn't get back on till the next day.

 

Have you lost the gate? Have you re-entered to try to finish it?

We, on the forums, are not going to be able to assist with this, however, as has been stated you need to contact support about the connection issue and they might reimburse for the lost fuel and boosters. If the gate was lost before completion you can make a request (within 48 hours of loss) to have it reset, this is allowed one gate in 30 days and is a courtesy.

I finished the gate I rebought my boosters and pet fuel. I really thought someone from DarkOrbit actually read the forms but I must be wrong not even getting a response from a chat admin of form admin.

Our apologies for the delayed response. Thank you everyone for assisting the user with their concern. As advised above, in the event that a player has failed a gate. It is possible to contact support and request a courtesy gate reset. Courtesy gate resets are available to players every 30 days, however the player must contact support with 48 hours of the gate being failed. Players are only given 1 courtesy gate reset every 30 days.

If you would like to write in to Support regarding your lost boosters etc you will need to message them for further guidance and assistance.
