[GI] LF4 reduced

can help me, my LF4 reduce 1, i have 33 lf4 and now i have 32

 

I replied to the posting in the other thread but the question being asked is it on the ship it is missing or the actual "Inventory" portion of the Hangar?

 

Same problem here.
A few weeks ago i noticed that a huge amount of ammo is missing.

A few minutes ago, i checked my hangar and became aware of one laser-slot in my ship which should be filled with an lf4-laser.
I know the exact amount of Lasers which i own, and it's definitely missing (i checked my entire inventory as well).

In the german forum, there are reports of at least 2 users, who have the same problem. Support is already contacted.

Only solution is to have Support look at the account and see what has happened? They are not able to be sold so it has to be something to do with a glitch in the game.

They OWN it and can look at everything you do with it. You send in the User ID, Ship Name, Server played, and sometimes the IP Address, and they can look and see just how active you are the last time logged in and where from and when the account is being shared they even see all of the IP Addresses that were used to log into the account.

If you have gone through Every ship in your hangar and deleted both configurations and still believe you are missing the LF-4, then you will need to Contact Support for them to take a look. Please provide your Username/UserID/ and the Server you are experiencing this issue on.
