can someone post me the effects of unstable lf4s?

The Unstable LF4 has a base damage of 220 but a damage variance of 42%, unlike other lasers have around 25% variance. So basically while it can do more damage than a LF4 at times, its damage is not reliable.

As described in the Permafrost Fissure FAQ(just below the map waves bit).
