[GI] Log in Issues

  1. Hi,

    I noticed that when trying to log on the game that I could not get to the main screen for US East 1 only with my computer that runs Windows 10. I was, however, able to log in to the game using my older lap top which uses Vista.

    I then went to my third lap top which also uses Windows 10 and same problem. The problem occurs only with US East 1 and not East 2.

    I do not know if the operating system has anything to do with or just logging in at the right (or wrong time).

    I'm using Win 10 since its launch and there was never a problem (AG3).. Try to clean your cache web and flash

    I just loaded up East 1 and seems all right for me (Win10). Is it still not working for you Tina?

    It is unlikely that it is an OS issue but you could try the following.

    Clear your flash and browser cache and check to see if your browser needs an update.
    Try a different browser.
    Check that your drivers are up to date.
    Power off your router and wait 30-40 seconds then power back up and wait for it to update.

    If you did an upgrade from Win 8 or win 7 to win 10 you may need to uninstall your browser and install a newer version.
     
  5. Still not working...I tried Chrome, Waterfox and IE. I also tried Pinging the server and that doesnt work as well. I even dropped the wifi and hard wired my connection. Again it is ONLY on EAST1 that I can not access with either of my Windows 10 computers
    OK so I reset my modem after doing everything else and it let me on.
    Please leave thread open in case it happens again. I will report back in a few hours to see if that solved the problem.
