    Hello I had full protocols on my pet salvage protocols level 3 but didnt use from while now when I back from holis I have got 1 protocol missing I don not sell it and no one have access to my account How is possible to lost something by DO I should get back my protocol or full uridium back from it what is worth it 45k uri

    Try clearing your browser and flash cache and remove all equipment from your ships and delete all your configs, this might solve your missing equipment problem.

    Something you could do is to look at the inventory tab and filter it to the items you are looking at specifically.

    I did many times isnt here and I check inventory its 11 where i bought 12 Dark Orbit stolen my protocol
