[GI] Making a beta gate

i had the idea of solely making and farming beta gates. i put alpha on 34/34 and left it there on the gg page and done the same with gamma (82/82).

after finishing a beta it was reset to 0 and so i wanted to see how much uridium/ spins it would cost. with 48 parts the gate should cost around 800 spins.

i used 1043 spins on the gate and it only got 34/48 parts. this was including using a ship with full nanohull to increase the chances of getting parts and i spun the 1043 spins in 5s, not 10s or 100s.

now i know the gates are supposed to be "random" and there is a "13% chance" of getting a part but that is ridiculous you can make the likes of hades and lambda with 700 spins which are both only 45 parts.

i dont want to receive any of the generic irritating responses like oh the chances are random you're just unlucky, because this is beyond unlucky. i think this needs looking into

 

I don't want to be too rude but ... your idea was very stupid.

You know as well as everyone else that 13% means 13% chance for a part. If you have a full Alpha and a full Gamma sitting there then it is much more likely that every part you receive will be for Alpha or Gamma and so just be a multiplier. What you have done is a massive waste of uridium.
Pretty surprised your posting this kind of stuff, you've been playing for a long time and thought you would have known about how to build gates properly :/

Going for any of those 3 gates is a bad idea really, as okapi said. You're not trying to build one gate, but 3. A-B-G are really just a big gate, when it comes to spinning with more spins necessary than any other gate besides kronos.
