[GI] Missing 50% EP Booster on 3/2/19

I do NOT know what has been done here, But where I woke up and had 24 Days of 50% EP Booster, missing the 5 Days of it owed to my Account when Deter asked for my ID Number, I just logged on to find that 20 DAYS are Missing! It now shows I have "4 Days". And I bought 16 of the $3.99 Ascension Pro Booster Packs! 10 on 3/10 and 6 on 3/11.

    What is Support doing to my 50% Boosters??!???

  5. Nope, Deter, I just wrote support and I just logged again on to double check. I had 24 Days of the 50% EP Boosters this morning when I logged on. With the 120hours would = 5 Days , bringing the count to 29 Days of 50% EP Booster. I just logged on to find only '4' Days of 50% EP. and that after purchasing 10 $3.99 Ascension Pro Booster Packs, which I stand corrected , that were purchased on 3/8/19, and another 6 of them purchased on 3/11 , by what it states on my Dark Orbit receipts!

    I ask again,.. What are the people in Support doing to my Boosters on my Account???

    This is becoming a Travesty!!

    Hey there,

    Apparently in booking the booster it decided to replace the existing one instead, which wasn't intended. We apologize for the confusion, and it has now been corrected.

  8. OK well i am still waiting for my 50% xp and honor boosters i bought the max uri both days and am still waiting for my compensation.

    I suggest writing in another Support ticket about this Subject. With luck, it will be answered by a Support Agent who has a name and I am sure he will be able to help you. Make sure you have screen shots of your purchases. Also provide your User ID.

    One thing I can say about the misunderstanding in the 1st few Official Announcements on this topic. When they said you would be compensated 120 Hours for those who did not get the Boosters, They meant the 5 Days you would have received when buying the Uridium, Not an additional 120 hours on top of the 5 Days purchased.

    I believe it was something that was 'Lost in Translation' on the Official Announcement and it was so explained to me.

NO your misunderstanding, It says and i quote"you will be compensated with an additional 120 hours of xp or honor boosters" my friend this means the 5 days we were suppose to get with an additional 120 hours on top of that for their mistake. So again i ask Deter where is my compensation it has been going on 3 weeks now since the purchase. Been 9 days since my last reply to support still no answer this is great

    You may have to wait for that Support reply. We have resolved the Issue with IRON-THRONE, but would not want to do something when Support has their hands on your issue.

  13. This is a Joke Deter Support is a joke been 3 weeks bouncing back and forth with support and here in the forums. If BP can't get their packages to work properly when players choose to buy them then i just won't buy nothing again.

    .†ι¢є_gяιмσιяє†. got everything he purchased, so no booking was necessary here. I'm aware that there is a miscommunication in the OA, making people think that they will receive an additional 120 hours upon their original purchase, however in this instance the players where simply compensated the boosters that they bought and didn't receive.

    We apologize for any confusion caused by this!

Wonder why it took 3 weeks for someone to explain that in plain English, so then what your saying is players were not compensated anything simply got given the boosters they paid for days later when they actually needed them as they were purchased for weekend rewards but then were given at a later date when offered. Also why did I get many different replies from support instead of the answer you just gave me. I even told them I got the 5 days of boosters even in here i posted that and even after that i was told to post my user ID. Thanks again for explanation
