[GI] Missing Formation

I have the Wheel Formation, One day I was cruising around in my Leo, made some hot key changes and suddenly my wheel formation is nowhere to be found, not even in the ship inventory

When I change ships I see the wheel formation there on all ships, yet I can not find it anywhere on my Leo.​

Suggestions?

Deter or another MOD, perhaps you could go on my ship and check it out ? I can't figure it out at all and you just gotta know it's buggin' the crap outta me

Your Leonov ship shows the wheel formation and you are able to use the wheel formation. Was this a one time thing? Have you cleared your cache?

 

I see it there now Deter and have put it back on my hot key bar. I'm pretty sure I checked everywhere but now it's there
