[GI] My account got terminated

    So today was doing the day in hell event gate around 9 hours ago then i log off . When to do my daily stuff breakfast then work then diner etc . Finally after a long day i try to log in to DO and spend some time playing every time i enter my user and pass it keeps rejecting it so i got worried about it and log in to my sec account and found out that my account is terminated is no longer among the player board and was like *** ??? And i start to look back at what i have done to make them terminate my account but there is just one problem i was off for like 2-3 months and i just came back 3-4 days ago ??Then i check ( i remember that ppl got some bans back in june for bad pay ups ) did i purchase something and did not pay up again i never buy anything from do since i feel like f2p is kinda fun i find the hard farm interesting??And i realize that two days ago i reported about losing the event gate (day in hell i think the event name is ) to lag when the streuner hit me with mines my ms jumps to 2000k no clue why after i report the problem it toke them 2 days to replay by that time i did 2 more gates and start one more today.But the weird part is after i log in this morning i'm from europe and play the game for 1-2 hours then log in 9 hours later account is terminated and the support replays to me we cant give you the old gate since you have already started a new one and we cant put it on same spot. My point is they replay to me on 8pm 29 - 01 - 2017 and i try to log in 9:20 pm and my account is terminated O:_:O ! My questions are simple Why i got terminated ? ( never before got a ban or warning ) Or is this a bug ? if so anyone else experienced it before ? i'm asking the community ?

    You will need to Contact Support for further Guidance and Assistance. There are many reasons why this may have happened and ultimately Support would be the best place for this to be answered.
