  1. for some reason im collecting prometium but in my skylab it says i dont have any.. whyyy is this happening? buggg?

  2. What level is your collector and your Prometid refinery at? Your refineries use materials as fast as collected IF they are the same level. My SkyLab is maxed out (level 20) and generate an extra 3-4 Prometid and Duranium a day as Promerium is not using everything produced but collectors do not show any materials available as they are consumed as fast as collected. IF you want to see they are working BUY a robot and this increase will cause you to collect more than can be refined, assuming the refineries are not built higher than the collectors.

  3. Best to just turn the refineries off until the collectors are full.

Also, are the refineries at a higher level than the collectors? AS you build the skylab, you should keep the collectors at a higher level than the refineries. I recommend 5 levels min... Also upgrade modules in groups. Collectors together, Promitid and Duranium together, etc...

  4. When I built my SkyLabs (both servers) I had my collectors 3 levels higher than all refineries. When doing an upgrade I started the upper refineries, then the mid refineries followed by the Module units then the collectors, basically causing the entire Skylab to complete upgrades at the same time.

The Module units (Basic, Solar, & Storage) were 1 level above the Collectors, Collectors were 3 above Prometid and Duranium (mid refineries), the Promerium and Zeno (upper refineries) would be at the same level as the mid refineries. I would run the Seprom playing catch up as it took so long for it to upgrade anyways. By doing this I never had to turn off anything and wound up having enough needed materials to do all upgrades once I allowed the collectors to build stores to start upgrade in order I specified (upper started, time left = time for mid to complete start mids, mid refineries = time for collectors to complete start collectors, and again the Modules were sent up any time I had enough minerals to start them and allow for the start of the next group to be started, not preventing the entire Lab from completing upgrade at the same time other than Seprom and Modules). This process had my Lab up to level 20 except Seprom in a very short time, Seprom takes a very long time after level 15 to complete upgrades.

  5. Prometium collected in the map cannot be sent to, nor does it register in the Skylab...!

  6. Somebody didn't realize my answer was for the OP. Does the OP still have an issue, or is it resolved now?

  7. Yes I did realize the post was to the OP but I was also expanding on what was posted as it works for a very fast build of the SkyLab. Sorry I may have offended you. Was not my intention.

OP please let us know if you need further assistance, as we do not know if you are even looking at these posts.

  8. :p Never offended, and cool. You quoted me so I was just confused about who you were directing it to.

For the OP, I reread your problem, and want to start all over on the issue. theOtherKey tagged a good point, and now I have to ask what is your skylab upgrade status?

    theOtherKey likes this.
  9. Thank you PSK~SUNDANCE for making me re-read the OP statement and cause me to make the following statement to get a clearer picture of what the OP is doing.

Lets address this another way. Are you collecting the Prometium in your ship (in the maps) or are you talking the Collectors on the SkyLab?

As stated the ship does not collect for the SkyLab but does fill your ships cargo bay for selling at the base. If you are collecting these on the ship if you select the rocket with the plus sign icon in the group of icons (top left of map screen) you will see the amount of minerals there, or at base find the module with 2 arrows and click that icon and it will show minerals waiting to be sold. Under the OLD program, before re-loaded, we could transfer from ship to SkyLab but they changed the setup of the SkyLab so it was no longer needed to transfer raw materials to start the Upgrading and thus disabled the ability to transfer from ship to the Lab.

If it is the SkyLab Collectors giving you the issue then that issue is what was addressed earlier in the thread, by both myself and PSK~SUNDANCE

    theOtherKey and PSK~SUNDANCE like this.
  10. I think he popped... Why do people start a thread and then disappear?

  11. This is a good question. Although there was a response yesterday where he said he had the "button" but could not figure out how to post the picture here which even I do not know how to do. But hopefully he has sent it to support so they can help him, since he can not take the time to answer our questions trying to help him.

    Hello darckbatter,

Thank you everyone for assisting the user with their concern. After the suggested comments, is Original Poster still experiencing this Issue?

  13. What is sad is how the OP has us lost on the problem. :D

  14. Guess it needs closed as the OP has failed to update us at all.
