[GI] No cannons work no speed , shield generators work neither

i have bought the starter pack a while a go not a 15 days yet and now i cant shoot and there is no shield or even a speed
i tried to remove everything and put it again still doesnt work i tried other ship with same items it works
so what is wrong with the starter ship ..

even now i check my skylap its not working on the Prometium and Endurium

 

have you removed equipment on both configurations? have you tried clearing cache and flash after deleting both configs, can you try a new browser or pc? have you brought the robots on productivity for the prometium endurium terbium? it makes it build quicker. Have you tried changing your settings on game screen, to reconfig what buttons you use for certain stuff, for example you use shift key for shooting but you may have changed this on the settings. Do not forget to put prom on engines and sep if you can on shields, rockets, and lasers, but as i no you are a new player do not worry about putting sep on them just yet, just make sure you have prom on engines and shields if possible, you can make it by shooting npcs. Have you tried using the activate button on the ship in hangar?
