[GI] No support want to help here about my doubler

    what is goin on here ? i wait 3 days to be fixed my doubler but support dont do anything
    my doubler is active but when i collect boxes its not showing double rewards from boxes who is gonna give me back my wasted days from doubler this is really ridiculous. and this is what i get from boxes in 4-1 4-2 4-3

    You received 22 MCB-50 laser ammo.
    You received 22 MCB-25 laser ammo.
    You received 20 LCB-10 laser ammo.
    You received 87 Uridium.
    and this i sended to support too they wanted to copy what i collect and i still dont have answer for that

    i don't see the problem?
    Those numbers look like it could have been double
