[GI] Not receiving payment confirmations or any email regarding dark orbit

    I am not receiving any payment confirmations, nor any email regarding dark orbits upcoming events. I do not have dark orbit marked as spam, and i do check my spam folder. The only mail i do receive from dark orbit are replies from support. This worries me. i like to keep record of mails from all games I play in case of any problems. can anybody help me figure out what i can do. Also i have tried to change my email, after entering the new email i wish to use i receive a message that says an email has been sent to my old email and to follow those instructions. when I check me email i do not have anything from dark orbit. this is frustrating.

    Hello -Stranac,

    Any e-mails regarding your Dark Orbit account will go to the Registered e-mail on the Account. Newsletters are sometimes sent, but that is when the Developers/Support decide to run them. If you are not receiving any of these it may be worth checking if you e-mail may be WhiteListed, have included a guide for you to reference.

    If this does not resolve the Issue you will need to continue/Contact Support regarding this matter ask them if there is something blocking your email.
