    I crafted 5 obsidian microchips just now, but the game won't let me open the box, please help.

    dose the front or backpage say u have the 5 keys if not relog

    Hello vsGE6,

    Thank you both for assisting the user with their concern. Is it possible you did not click the "Collect" icon? Our records show you currently have no Obsidian Booty keys, however your booty key log does indicate you have received rewards of those pertaining to Obsidian Booty chest.

    Are you still experiencing this issue?
