    hey, i have just came back onto this game from what must have been about 2012, i had an account which i used to play on but i can't remember the username and even if i did i wouldn't be able to log in because i used all of those fancy letters and i had the username saved on my old computer so i'd just copy and paste it, is there any way you could help me to recover my old account?

    Hello VizzuaLLyO,

    Thank you PSK~SUNDANCE for assisting the user with their concern. As stated you will need to Contact Support, I have Support linked on my Signature and have linked it as well in the text. Please provide all info available such as Username, UserID, Server. If you are unable to obtain the User ID please post the exact name of the account, You may find the "old" username in some email from long ago.

    Will take a while for Support to respond at least 48 hours, In most cases they are able to respond very quickly however sometimes support do get busy and it may take longer.

    Closing as referred to Support.
