[GI] options to pay

    hi everyone
    i had sent a message to support around a week ago and no response by admins...
    anyway i was trying to buy a premium pack but, there is no CashU option to pay so what i must do? i only use CashU at the moment

  2. 1.) No one on forums have any control over things like that. The only people you'd get a "good" response from is from support, and support only, sorry.

    2.) If that option is not listed, then BP probably stopped supporting it :<

    hi thanks for u quick reply
    first, i already sent a message to support and no answer in a whole week? that should be very overcrowded, and i already received the ticket message so i hadn't make any mistake at the time to send the message
    second, the option is still available because my friend use that

    Hello ΉӨMΣЯ,

    Thank you KilerStreak for assisting the user with their concern.

    In most cases when a user contacts Support they are able to respond very quickly however sometimes support does get busy and it may take longer. When the user does contact Support an automated message is mailed to the user to clarify they are contacting Support for their assistance which they can not get from the Forums. Once replied to that automated message Support should reply back.

    I will include the Payment Options FAQ for your convenience :) as you may need to explore other payment options. As you have already contacted Support, you will need to continue this matter through them. We are unable to assist you further with this in the Forums.
