Craft Osmium with Chromin in the Assembly during the Chromin Rush event.

(that's game client text, seems it's something that can use to upgrade things - as in how can use Seprom on shields to boost them etc(uses same wording "lab_effect" as the others and is next to them))

 

So no clue yet how to get or manufacture it

 

Just another thing DO got wrong - starting events that there isn't complete information about and don't work as intended seems to be a new trend
