*Support is currently aware of this issue, they are currently working to fix the fact that only basic design ships are counting towards the PVP missions at the moment, unfortunately I do not have an exact time when this will be fixed though.

    Hope this helps*
Patience, Patience, Patience, that seems to be the answers to all DO players problems. Are the mod paid to say that ??? and the tech paid to play the game ??? instead of fixing the problems . On June 7, i have reported that the pvp quest are only counting on regular ship and not on design, it is now July 1st and there is still nothing being done about it. I do not call that patience no more, i call that lack of work from DO tech. Maybe they should consider working on problems instead of adding new design or new stuff that don t even work on the game. Or maybe DO should consider adding qualify tech to there team. That is ridiculous, no wonder everyone leaving this game. Who is next leaving ??

Well we don't get paid to say things, we simply are a public point for the game.

As for the PvP ships not counting towards progress, it has been reported and once a fix is announced, y'all will be the first to know.

  5. PATIENCE is required as the problems created by 3 Updates in as many months caused several issues that were not foreseen (or cared about) and caused more problems than anticipated. As it is they now have to correct all the Code for the Individual missions or try to define the ships that qualify for them along with making the system recognize them as qualifying kills for that mission. This along with so many other issues requiring more time to get corrected is causing things to drag on longer than predicted/wanted.

Sorry if you can not be patient then I suggest playing another game for a while so they can attempt to correct these issues or just do G G's while waiting for the PvP to be corrected.

  7. I can understand the OP's frustration. On my main, I set pvp missions so I could work them off when getting attacked. Its awesome that its for naught now that designs are all pretty much their own ship. It leaves me to wonder why anyone should select them at all. Just hunt if you want but don't bother filling your quests list with that which won't move. All I fly on that account are "designs" as well but trust me, it don't stop me from being attacked. Actually on this account I am flying a design as well, the solemn big boy design, and trust me when I tell you I get targeted on the fly by other designs. They have taken the time to add all the designs to the ranking system but failed to think about doing the same to the missions. I can understand that the new stuff was not just something that was dreamed up in the past month, and I am referring to what will come in the next few months. Its unfortunate with all this planning, the problem list grew so great. I don't think you can just start hiring techs to fix the problems that are persistently stacking up when those that are here now don't really understand all the code that is already there in the game. I do feel they need to reach a point sometime in the near future to stop working on new stuff though, until everything on the problem list has been scratched off. I can believe they are trying to figure out how so much went wrong, but don't think they are putting 100% focus into it when we are still getting hints of things to come.

Ok, that's my thoughts. I am going back to doing basic stuff that has yet to change, thank goodness. :)
