hello, last saturday i buy doubler and few minures ago i recive msg on my cell phone that i buy doubler again, but i didnt and i dont know why this hapend? any one know what happend?

 

Its a subscription, youll have to go on the subscription part on the uridium page and cancel it

 

You were notified in the fine print that the purchase would automatically renew at the end of the period unless you cancel before hand. ALL Advantages are AUTO RENEW unless you go into the subscriptions tab of the Uridium Page to cancel them after purchase, this will not cancel the advantage just the AUTO RENEWAL of it.

I even cancel my ANNUAL purchase of Premium when I make it to prevent it from automatically renewing when it is due. The feature was designed for the TRUE Wallet Warriors that wanted ALL of the Advantages ALL of the time and prevented them from having to worry about when it was needed again, they could just play the game and always have the advantages available.

 

yes thank you im cancle it, but also im cancle premium wich im buy yesterday. i gues now i should wait bigpoint to cancle paymant and my premium and then i can buy it again?

 

The payment will not cancel, the future purchase will not automatically apply. But once you buy it again it will again be set to auto renew.

Once money is taken, unless it was a double transaction (meaning the transaction was charged twice) you are out of luck and the money is gone forever.

 

well thats fine, i need premium but i dont need dubler but doubler is only1.9eur so i dont care. for that money i can buy double hamburger in my country

Thank you both for assisting the user with their concern. As stated when purchasing Doubler or other packages there is an announcement saying the pack will be renewed unless cancelled before it renews. There is however Payment Support if future payment incidents occur. Hope you enjoy your purchase
