[GI] Payment Help

    I just bought the 74.99 euro uridium pack during the hour where it was boosted 32% so that i'd get rougly 1.3million uridium. When i was in paypal it said i was buying 1.3million. After i bought it it returned and said i had bought 330,000 uridium! I am super angry. What can i do to contact bigpoint and either get the 1.3million uridium or get my money back because i didn't buy 330,000 uridium with paypal. It said i was buying 1.3million.

  2. The transaction had to be completed before the timer expired. If it was not concluded before the timer ran out then you do not get the bonus Uridium. What server are you playing that 330K uridium is $74.99 USD as it is $99.99 USD on both of my servers (us2 & us3)?

    This is something that needs to be dealt with by Support as we can only make comments on, but not correct, the issue in the forums.

    Well as I stated if the transaction did not complete during the HELIX Event it does not matter what was seen on a third party website D O will not honor it. I found out the hard way when I was using a Gamers Card (no longer available) and due to the time it took to input the PIN's I lost out on the extra Uridium I was supposedly buying from a MHH. There was nothing I or D O would/could do about it, except to make sure I never started a transaction more than 30 minutes into the timer just to make sure the transaction completed before time expired.

    Take it up with Support and be told what I am telling you, it is all about the time the transaction completed. If it happened during the time the event was still active then you have a case but otherwise you are just out of luck and will lose the account if they cancel the payment from PayPal.

    On paypal it said i was purchasing 1.3 million uridium. As far as im concerned im purchasing what it displays im purchasing. My bad its not USD but Euros. Ill change that thanks for picking it up

    I either want the 1.3 million or id like a refund, what can i do? if it says im buying 1.3 million uridium then i expect to receive that.

    Ive sent a payment ticket, but how do i let them know exactly what my issue is, because there was no option that related to my issue.

    Hello Sharpy,

    Thank you both for assisting the user with their concern. There are many things we can do, but payment issues are something that we cannot. I'm afraid you would need to contact payment support for advice and assistance. In most cases Support able to respond very quickly however sometimes they do get busy and it may take longer. As it is a payment issue it may take longer to process than a general issue. I am unaware of the process when using payment support, however you will receive an automated response if you contact the general Support.
