[GI] Payment problem

  1. Hello , i know its not the right place to post but i will try and pls some one help me out.

    A month ago ive had to pay 43 euros to Darkorbit due of outstanding payments, yes i did pay them via paysafecard, and ive got message that my account its back to game and my transaction was successful.
    After a month ive received another message that tell me that transaction was unsuccessful and my money was send back , ive already write support back 2 days ago and still no answer ,ive send them via email all transaction numbers , pictures everything.
    When i go to Uridium page to buy stuff ,message pops up that i need to pay outstanding payment or my account will be closed by 20th of april,
    I dont know how this is happening while i check my psf balance and i see that money have gone to them.

    I wrote here becouse no answer from clearing.en support for Bigpoint.

  3. The only way to deal with these issue is thru the SUPPORT on the Uridium page and there is nothing that can be done here except to refer you to be patient and deal with them.
