    even if u sent photos of a payment problem it wont be dealt with in here it will most likely be dealt with directly from support as it is to do with payment

    We apologize for the delayed response. Thank you everyone for assisting the user with their concern.

    There are many things we can do, but payment issues are something that we cannot. I'm afraid you would need to contact payment support for advice and assistance. You may want to seek other Payment Options available to you. Some options may be restricted based on location or server. Sadly there isn't a lot we can help with when it comes to payment issues. Support would be the best place to get that question answered.

    In most cases Support able to respond very quickly however sometimes they do get busy and it may take longer. As it is a payment issue it may take longer to process than a general issue. I am unaware of the process when using payment support, however you will receive an automated response if you contact the general Support.
