[GI] Purchase error help

  1. I purchased a starter pack and some uridium for my son for a christmas gift. The issue is that when i purchased it, i received an error and he didn't receive the uridium or the items in the starter pack but my card was still charged. Does it take a while before everything is sent ?
     
  2. i usually get any purchase instant but i would think some times it takes a couple support will be able to help you better then forums for a payment issue

    edit at top right of home page click the ? above shop that will direct you to support send ticket give them about 48 hours tho sometimes its fast sometimes it takes a while

    the starter pack is a ripoff. When the starter pack was created, it had been hard to get begginer's stuff. Today it's a joke to get those same begginer's stuff.

    Thank you for assisting the user with their concern. If you have not received what you have purchased and your card was charged i'm afraid you would need to contact payment support for advice and assistance. There are many things we can do, but payment issues are something that we cannot.
